the face behind Yes Socials and a woman who’s been deep in the online business world long before this brand existed.

With a Marketing degree, years of experience in content and strategy, and three businesses before this one, I’ve learned exactly what it takes to build an online presence that feels confident, creative, and genuinely connects with people.

I started Yes Socials to help women-led brands show up online with clarity, personality, and content that actually converts, without the stress spiral or constant guessing.

How I got here

2020 - My first business, YellowBlocPrints

In lockdown, I launched a stationery brand called YellowBlocPrints, and somehow… it took off. Over 500 units sold during Covid, all from content and community building. This was my first taste of the “content can build anything” magic.

2021 - Graduated & got my degree

I graduated with my Marketing degree and started working in different office based marketing roles.

2022 - The fitness era started

Alongside my day-to-day role, fitness became a huge part of my life. As a result I built a fitness Instagram to over 10k followers, a TikTok to 7k, and had three videos hit over a million views.
I even worked with Gymshark, which will always be a huge “omg” moment for me.

This later led me into fitness coaching, where I helped 100+ women lose weight and feel confident in their bodies.

2024 - From fitness coaching to mentor

As my community grew, coaches started asking me for marketing help. So I ran events, talks, webinars, teaching social media strategy in the fitness space. This is where I realised: I love helping people grow their business more than anything.

2025 - Say Yes Sunday was born

In march, I launched Say Yes Sunday, and it exploded.
Now with a combined following of 6,000+, 500 subscribers, and a consistent 100k+ monthly views on Instagram alone, I knew this was bigger than a passion project.

Women were asking for strategy, support, content guidance, clarity, and I couldn’t stop thinking about how much impact I could make.

So Yes Socials became the natural next step.
A place where I could mix marketing strategy, creative content, and my love for elevating women-led brands.
