  • Service Overview

    Feed Refresh is a one-off 30-day social media content strategy service provided by Yes Socials. It includes competitor analysis, brand pillars, messaging direction, and a 30-day content plan delivered via a custom Notion workspace.

    This service does not include content creation, posting, or account management.

    Payment

    Feed Refresh is a one-time payment and must be paid in full prior to onboarding. Work will not begin until payment has been received and the onboarding form has been completed.

    Onboarding & Timelines

    Clients must complete the onboarding questionnaire in full.

    Once onboarding is complete, Feed Refresh will be delivered within 7–10 working days.

    Delays in submitting onboarding information may delay delivery.

    Revisions

    Reasonable revisions are included and handled via email. Revisions must be requested within a reasonable timeframe after delivery. Major changes outside the original scope may incur an additional fee.

    Scope of Work

    Feed Refresh provides strategic guidance only. Implementation, posting, and engagement are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.

    Results Disclaimer

    Yes Socials does not guarantee specific results, growth, or engagement levels. The effectiveness of the strategy depends on implementation, consistency, and external platform factors.

    Refunds

    Due to the nature of this service, no refunds are available once work has begun.

    Confidentiality

    All information shared during the service will be kept confidential and not shared without consent.

    Intellectual Property

    All strategy documents and content plans remain the intellectual property of Yes Socials and are provided for the client’s business use only. Redistribution or resale is not permitted.

  • These Terms & Conditions apply to the Feed Flow monthly content strategy service provided by Yes Socials.

    By purchasing or subscribing to this service, you agree to the following:

    1. SERVICE OVERVIEW

    Feed Flow is a monthly content strategy and planning service.

    It includes strategic direction, content ideas, content planning, and a monthly review call, as outlined at the time of purchase.

    Unless otherwise stated, Feed Flow does not include:

    • posting or scheduling content

    • engagement management

    • ad management

    • daily analytics tracking

    Any additional services must be agreed separately.

    2. WHAT’S INCLUDED

    Your monthly Feed Flow subscription includes:

    • A monthly content strategy update

    • Content ideas and content plan

    • Access to a shared Notion workspace

    • One 60-minute review call per month

    Delivery is strategic and advisory, not execution-based.

    3. STRATEGY TIMING & DELIVERY

    • Strategy is delivered on a rolling monthly basis, not tied to calendar months unless agreed.

    • Strategy planning is typically completed within 7–10 working days following the monthly review call.

    • Delays in receiving feedback, information, or access may impact delivery timelines.

    4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

    To ensure the best results, you agree to:

    • Provide accurate and timely information during onboarding

    • Add Yes Socials to Meta Business Suite if required

    • Attend or reschedule monthly calls with reasonable notice

    • Engage respectfully and professionally at all times

    Lack of engagement may affect outcomes but does not warrant refunds.

    5. PAYMENT & SUBSCRIPTION

    • Feed Flow is billed as a rolling monthly subscription.

    • Payment is taken automatically each month unless cancelled in line with the notice period.

    • Prices are agreed at sign-up and confirmed at checkout.

    Failure to make payment may result in paused or cancelled services.

    6. NOTICE PERIOD & CANCELLATION

    • A minimum of 30 days’ notice is required to cancel the subscription.

    • Notice must be given in writing.

    • Once notice is given, the final month will still be delivered and charged.

    • No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

    7. PAUSING THE SERVICE

    • Pausing a subscription is not guaranteed and is subject to availability.

    • Any pauses must be agreed in advance.

    • Strategy delivery timelines may be adjusted following a pause.

    8. RESULTS & PERFORMANCE

    Yes Socials does not guarantee:

    • Follower growth

    • Engagement numbers

    • Sales results

    Social media performance depends on many factors, including consistency, audience behaviour, and implementation.

    9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    • All strategies, frameworks, and resources remain the intellectual property of Yes Socials.

    • You may use the strategy for your business but may not resell, distribute, or share it.

    10. CONFIDENTIALITY

    All information shared during the working relationship is treated as confidential and will not be shared without consent.

    11. TERMINATION

    Yes Socials reserves the right to terminate the service with immediate effect if:

    • there is abusive or inappropriate behaviour

    • boundaries are not respected

    • terms are repeatedly breached

    In this case, services will end following the current billing period.

    12. AGREEMENT

    By purchasing or subscribing to Feed Flow, you confirm that:

    • You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions

    • You agree to the notice period and payment structure

    • You understand the scope of the service
